We stand by the efficacy of our product formulations and work hard to make them as versatile as possible.  We cannot guarantee, however that every product ingredient will work for every customer. 

Since our products are hygienic in nature we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. 

This does not change our desire to ensure that you are happy with your products. If you have any concerns at all with a product you purchased please email us directly at: hello@botanie.ca within 30 days of receiving your order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@botanie.ca if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
